Terms of Sale

Last updated: 29 October 2026 · Print or save this page to keep a copy.

1. Seller

Citrus is offered by Maciej Schulz, e-mail splitterone@icloud.com ("we"). These terms apply to purchases made through this website citrusone.netlify.app.

2. What you buy

You buy a licence to use the Citrus software for macOS (a digital product, delivered by download). The licence terms are in the License Agreement. Requirements: a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 13 or later, a web browser and about 50 MB of free disk space. No subscription is involved.

3. Price and payment

The price starts from 10 USD. The final amount, including any taxes that apply in your country, is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. Depending on the checkout, Stripe (or its Link service) acts as the merchant of record, and then the receipt and tax details come from Stripe. Payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and other methods shown at checkout are available.

4. Contract and delivery

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. Right after payment you are taken to a page with the download button, and Stripe sends you a receipt by e-mail. Delivery is immediate and digital. Free updates within the same major version (for example 1.x) are included.

5. No right of withdrawal (consumers)

Citrus is digital content delivered on a non-physical medium. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) and Polish law (Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if delivery starts with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate delivery and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available. We confirm this by e-mail and on the download page after payment. Purchases are therefore final and we do not offer voluntary refunds. This does not limit the rights described in section 6, and it does not limit any refund that Stripe grants under its own rules when it is the merchant of record.

6. Conformity and complaints

Citrus must work as described on this website. If it does not, or if something is wrong with the download, write to splitterone@icloud.com with your order e-mail, your macOS version, and a description of the problem. We answer within 14 days. As a consumer you also keep all statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content under EU and Polish law, including repair and, where needed, price reduction or refund.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court methods, such as mediation, the Trade Inspection, municipal consumer ombudsmen or Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) information, and consumer organisations. Using them is voluntary.

8. Business customers

If you buy as a business, the consumer provisions (withdrawal, statutory conformity rights) do not apply. Please write to us if you need an invoice for your company.

9. Intellectual property and your data

Citrus, its name and logo belong to us. Your files stay yours; Citrus processes them only on your Mac. See the Privacy Policy for personal data.

10. Website use

The website offers information about Citrus and a purchase link. It has no accounts and no user content. Please do not use it to send unlawful content or disrupt its operation. Technical requirements: a current web browser with JavaScript enabled for the buy button.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. Changes do not affect purchases you already made.
