Convert MP4 to AIFF on Mac, offline
Need to turn a .mp4 file into AIFF? Citrus converts MP4 to AIFF right on your Mac, offline, using Apple's own engines. Nothing is uploaded to any server, which matters for client work, private photos and contracts.
What to expect
Citrus pulls out the audio track and saves it as AIFF. The video is not touched.
How to convert MP4 to AIFF
Open Citrus from the menu bar (the citrus slice icon). Drop your .mp4 file, or several, into the window. You can also drag a file onto the menu bar icon to open the quick wheel. Choose AIFF as the output format and adjust options if you want, like size, quality or resolution. Press Convert. Your new files appear next to the originals, and the originals are never changed.
About the formats
MP4: MP4 is the most compatible video format for web, phones, TVs and social media.
